In a video courtesy of Remodeler’s Advantage, business coach Victoria Downing shares some tips about how remodelers can combat the labor shortage.
The first tip Downing offers is that remodelers should try their best to retain current employees. Interesting fact: retention is not always about the money. Downing says that employees have a better chance of sticking with the company if the employer invites them to drive the company forward, and creates an engaging, fun, and stimulating company culture.
