CompanyCam has become our go-to project management tool. We found a lack of software made just for what remodelers do, so we molded CompanyCam to fit our unique needs, and the results have been exceptional.

We’ve been relying on it for two years now, and it has become an indispensable part of our operations. Before, I felt our team had to visit the jobsite often, and though necessary, it wasn’t the best use of their time. There had to be a better way for them to do both.

With our in-house design team and construction crew, CompanyCam provides us with a live feed of project progress through photos. This feature ensures that we stay updated on a day-to-day basis, but if there’s an issue or a question about a particular aspect of a project, it’s as simple as snapping a picture, tagging the relevant team members, and discussing it in real time.

If a subcontractor or my project manager has a question, they can take a picture and upload it to the app, and it will pop up on the desktop of my designer. This has significantly reduced mistakes and improved overall efficiency.

I also like the to-do list function. To check that a task was complete, our subs need to take the picture, which is time and geo-stamped. In real-time, we can prevent issues from happening on the jobsite, which keeps the job moving.
