Growth in 2024

While many people in the home improvement industry are predicting a slowdown, I anticipate another year of strong growth for Leaf Home.

It comes down to our people and their ability to counter headwinds. We are figuring out ways to overcome unique economic conditions and always searching for new and better ways to serve our customers.

Find new channels and new ways to tell your story.

Plan of Attack

It’s the same solution every year: control the controllable. Our people and our processes are really what drive our business to new levels every year.

The most significant determinant of our success will be the way we interact with our customers and how we motivate our employees.

Advice

It is going to be a challenging year. My key recommendation is to discover innovative ways to market. Find new channels and new ways to tell your story.

If you are marketing to a specific age group or a certain demographic, like income levels, consider expanding your efforts to reach all consumers who could potentially buy your products or services.

If remarketing to existing customers is the better option for your business, then adding new product lines is a good way to increase your revenue.

If you’re in a position to greenfield, marketing to entirely new customers is another way for you to grow your business.
