On Attracting Millennials: We set everybody up on bonus structures, have a flexible schedule, and most people can work from home. People don’t want to work 9-to-5 jobs in an office anymore. If you have a cell phone and a computer, you can work anywhere. This keeps them motivated and wanting to achieve goals, so it’s more of an extrinsic motivation we set up, and I think millennials like that.
