Best innovation: I contributed to creating a systemic approach to our design process, which allows our team’s workflow to be more efficient, especially when working on six designs at once like we are now. This includes visually displaying our process in the office, creating templates, developing communications processes between design and production, and improving the tools we use when communicating design needs with subcontractors.
We’ve brought on three new design team members in the past few months, and I had a big part in training them. It’s been rewarding to pass on things that I implemented that weren’t here when I first started. It makes my heart happy.
