Severe dry rot had impacted the porch railings and the lower railing had completely deteriorated. The project involved removing 70 percent of the existing railing system, introducing longer lasting construction material choices, creating reproduction millwork, and the masterful reinstallation of all new work amidst the existing historic building fabric.
