Curbio announced a new partnership with the National Association of Realtors that will give NAR’s 1.5 million members access to pre-listing home improvement services through the association’s realtor benefits offerings.
Founded in 2017, Curbio serves real estate agents, brokerages, and sellers by offering home improvement projects that defer project costs until a home is sold. Services range from minor repairs to cosmetic updates to large-scale renovations.
“We are thrilled to partner with NAR and support even more agents across the nation,” says Rick Rudman, Curbio CEO. "We understand that agents put their reputation on the line when recommending partners to their clients and need dependable contractors to get the job done."
NAR members will receive free access to the Curbio app, which can be used to build project estimates for pre-listing home updates and receive complimentary inspection repair pricing upon uploading a completed home inspection report. They will also receive a free digital floor plan for every proposal they receive from Curbio.
