Best Advice: I had a mentor once tell me that I’m a builder, but he wasn’t talking about it in the sense of construction. I like to build everything—companies, employees, my staff, my family. When he said that, it really clicked, and I was able to put myself in a position where I could succeed. 

How I Manage My Time: Surrounding myself with capable people and trusting they can do their jobs well frees my focus up to provide what’s needed uniquely from my role.
