James Hardie Building Products Named to Forbes’ List of Top 100 Most Trustworthy Companies in America

James Hardie Building Products, a leader in fiber cement technology, today announced it was named to the Forbes’ list of Top 100 Most Trustworthy Companies in America. James Hardie was ranked among 13 other large companies across various industries. The annual list developed by GMI Ratings is based on the accounting and governance behaviors of more than 8,000 publicly-traded companies in North America. A corporation’s reliability is based on: High risk events, revenue and expense recognition methods, SEC actions and bankruptcy risk. The companies that made the list garnered the 100 highest scores for trustworthy behavior over the four quarters of the previous fiscal year.
