Not Enough Housing to Support Aging Boomers, Harvard and AARP Find

In 2030, there will be 70 percent more adults age 50 and older in the U.S. than there were in 2000. With a growing aging population – the number will reach 132 million by 2030 – BD+C Network reports that a study done by Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies and AARP Foundation shows that there isn’t enough affordable, physically accessible, and well-located housing for this demographic.
