Costs, layout, materials – these are the three things every remodeler should discuss with a homeowner when selling a bathroom remodel, according to remodeling business coach Shawn McCadden.
“Homeowners are more likely to close deals with contractors looking out for their best interests versus on simply looking to make a profit,” McCadden writes. That's especially true of bathrooms because, compared to other parts of the home, bathroom renovations usually have a lower return on homeowner investment.
