Guided by the belief that every process, system, and technique can be improved, Rhonda is always open to reexamining the way things are done, in an effort to implement positive change.
Putting her ego aside, she willingly considers ideas from all team members. For example, one of the field crew suggested that the company create a flyer that he could hand out to potential customers who often approached him outside of work. By the end of the day, Rhonda had asked the marketing department to work on a sales sheet the employees could use for that purpose.
Rhonda successfully balances mentoring, collaboration, commitment, learning, and innovation, and is dedicated to advancing Burgin Construction’s commitment to high standards, which includes enthusiastically sharing information with the community and industry. She is known as a reliable go-to source who’s always willing to help.
