The home was originally built in the ’50s, and elements such as hexagonal floor tiles were used in the remodel to retain that mid-century architectural style.
The existing bathroom layout didn’t have space for a larger tub, and so to accommodate, an interior wall was moved by making the adjacent hall closet shallower and removing the window-like pass-through between the bathroom and closet.
