We’ve been in business for over five years, so we have quite a few cabinet lines to offer. But CabinetWright was one of the first lines available to our clients, and to this day it’s still one of our most popular.
It comes down to the quality you get for the price. Their cabinets are all made from maple with a birchbox interior, adjustable shelving, and soft-close doors and drawers. Fairly standard as far as cabinetry goes these days, but customers consistently choose our CabinetWright models over others, and we understand why. On top of all that, our installers love it.
The company offers exceptional customer service, and that’s really one of the best ways to set yourself apart from other manufacturers today.
As we’ve continued to work with them, they’ve taken note of our loyalty and remember it when we have to ask them for a shortened lead time or to accommodate special circumstances. Last week, a customer picked his cabinets on Monday for a very quick turnaround, and they worked with us to get them built and delivered by the following Monday. Amazing speed and amazing service.
One aspect of their cabinets that I’d change if I could: The edges of the boxes have a slight roundness to them, so when you line them up, sometimes you can see a faint line between them. But it’s a minor issue, and we’ve only had one client complain about it. (She also used her own installers, who weren’t used to installing CabinetWright products like our installers are.)
