A Challenging Start:
I started Windows Direct in 2014. I thought I knew what I was doing, but owning and running a company was a whole new thing. It was stressful and challenging the first few years but networking and learning from those that did it before me is when we really started to grow. Over time I created scalable systems—something I can teach, train, and replicate. A 2021 goal for us is to expand through company-owned stores and franchising.

We have 10 cities that we’re targeting east of the Rockies. We have excellent branding and marketing materials that will help us penetrate these markets, and can negotiate with our manufacturing partners to get great pricing. We have a turnkey program.
