The NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) will take place in Las Vegas from Jan. 31-Feb. 2, 2023. And once again, IBS will be part of Design & Construction Week (DCW), the largest annual residential and light construction trade show in the world.
DCW also includes the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS). This is the 10th anniversary of the DCW partnership between IBS and KBIS. The National Hardware Show (NHS) will co-date with DCW in 2023, giving attendees an even broader range of products to explore. Also co-dating with DCW is The International Surface Event, the largest North American floor covering, stone, and tile industry event, and the Winter Las Vegas Market, the leading home furnishings and gift market in the western United States.
Fast, free shuttles will connect IBS, KBIS, and NHS at the Las Vegas Convention Center with The International Surface Event at Mandalay Bay, and with Winter Las Vegas Market, which will be held at the World Market Center Las Vegas.
Get to Know the Builders’ Show Zones
IBS exhibits will be in the convention center’s new West Hall, Central Hall, South Hall, and in the parking lot outside of the Central Hall. Throughout those exhibition spaces, you will find specialized “zones” and demonstration areas designed to educate and inspire.
These include the New Product Zone and the Jobsite Safety Zone, both in the South Hall. In the West Hall, you will find the IBS Home Technology Pavilion, the Start Up Zone, and the nextBuild area, which focuses on products and information designed to help you build a more profitable business.
The IBS show floor this year will also feature round-the-clock demonstration areas: the Craft Building Zone in the West Hall and the Home Performance Building Zone in the South Hall.
Just for Remodelers
Be sure to check out the Remodelers Central in room W212 of the West Hall. The Central offers education programming led by top remodeling pros. These education sessions complement the official IBS educational programming’s remodeling track.
Here, the offerings are more informal, with remodeling experts getting up close and personal to demonstrate the latest ideas and techniques. The Remodelers Central is the best place to network with industry peers trying to improve their craft.
While at the show, be sure to check out the IBS Outdoor Exhibits, which includes the Pro Builder Show Village. This expansive outdoor space will provide an excellent opportunity to tour demonstration homes, experience interactive programming, discover new products, and network.
