Revamping the customer experience: We started gearing our company toward offering the best client experience from a remodeling company in San Antonio. And one of the things that I started implementing was doing these midpoint checkup visits on our clients, where I’d stop in at a random time and ask how it’s going. [Feedback] would get translated back to the management and it went full circle instead of it just like getting solved with one team. After every sales meeting, I sit down with my team, and we do what’s called a feedback loop. We’re able to do real-time coaching. We know what’s going on with the client. The clients always have a direct line to us, and I think that’s really helped improve our growth and made us a company that is very trusted.
