If the vibe of your latest project is minimalist and you want low-glare, unobtrusive lighting, the diminutive Aether Atomic recessed luminaires from WAC Lighting are available in ½-inch, 1-inch, and 1-1/4-inch apertures.

Designed to see but not be seen, the fixtures can be installed without housing trim for a cleaner look while providing 900 LED lumens at full brightness. The lights have four static color temperatures but also are dimmable, so CCTs can be adjusted from a cooler 3000K to a warmer 1800K.

Downlight and pinhole styles were introduced in 2023, and the lineup was recently expanded with the introduction of wall-wash and adjustable models with an articulating heatsink and light engine.

The petite fixtures have shallow IC-rated housings that fit tight ceiling plenums and can be installed in drywall, wood, and grid/acoustic ceilings.

They can be used as discreet task lighting in kitchens, bathrooms, and even home theaters, or as general illumination throughout the house. They are offered in more than 50 finishes to blend into any architectural style.

An Aether Atomic Service Tool helps with the removal of trim or light engine from the housing for maintenance or replacement without disturbing the ceiling.

WAC Lighting, a second-generation owner-operated company, sources over 90% of its product components from within a dedicated factory.
