Markets Served by USA Showers: Phoenix Metro

Growth: We had $12 million. I was shooting for $15 million but reeled back a little bit. These last couple of months have been a little bit tough for us. Normally our busiest months are December through February, but I think the election slowed things down a little. We’ll start to advertise on TV in January, so I anticipate a little jump.

Plan of Attack: We’ll be utilizing AI more in marketing and communications. And making more videos and really pumping up that side of things. The goal is to post 1,000 videos in 2025. Give people the information they want, and that’ll help you find the right customers and it’ll be a better match for both parties. Also, we have plans to expand into markets outside of Arizona,

Opportunities: I think 2025 is going to be a really good year. With interest rates coming down and financing likely to open up more, I think more people will be able to afford home improvement and more people will fix up their home in anticipation of selling it. I think the home improvement space over the next 8, 12, 24 months will be in a good spot.

Predictions: Some home improvement companies in the bath space will start to fizzle out now that the COVID bump is waning. The market has become tougher and it’s harder to generate leads. I expect to capture market share from competitors this way.

Vibe: Confident
