Augustine “AJ” Wadian, 37
Co-Founder, Premier Home Pros, multi-state
2025 projected revenue: $180 mil
Wadian wanted to start a quick-turn bathroom remodeling company and told co-founder, Noah Jackson, about his idea. Jackson was a little unsure at first (bathrooms weren’t his forte), but Wadian had a lot of experience with them and they ran with the idea. Within three days of founding their home improvement company, they closed their first sale for $10,000. The third owner, Vince Venditti joined a year later when the founders needed a marketing whiz.
Biggest Challenge: Scaling growth in all three facets of the business—marketing, sales, and installation. “It’s difficult to have them move in synchrony,” says Wadian. The solution: Having the right number of people to properly execute. “If your team isn’t big enough … you actually put yourself in a really volatile position where risk is higher than reward.”
Secret Sauce: A proprietary 12-step sales system. While Wadian won’t divulge too much, he does say that it involves a very process-driven training. “There’s a certain way that we deliver information. There’s a certain way we ask questions of homeowners to get answers. We educate them enough so they make an educated decision versus an informed one,” he says.
Outside of Work: Watching his daughters’ cheer competitions.
