Alesi is committed to the long-term growth of both his team and his business. A company co-founder with Austin Killian, he helped grow revenue to $161 million in 2024—after just five years. “When we started, we wanted to do something big,” he says. “I didn’t think we’d be in all these markets and close to $200 million. It shows what’s possible in this industry.”
Leadership Style: There’s a very big difference between leadership and management. “One is from the frontlines, and one is from behind a desk,” Alesi says. He’s gotten his hands dirty and worked in every single department, gone door-to-door, made phone calls, set appointments, and closed deals. “Being in the trenches and leading from the front allows you to scale a lot cleaner because you have your finger on the pulse.”
A Good Problem to Have: The company’s explosive growth has been a blessing and a curse, and it’s made it especially important to have the right people in the right seats. Alesi recruits high achievers, plans quarterly training, provides opportunity to earn, and prioritizes the company culture. “We’re very intentional about what it’s like to work here,” he says. “You take care of the people and they will take care of the business.”
