West Virginia Contractor Hit With Penalties Over Fall Hazards

Roofing Solutions LLC of Charleston, West Virginia, was recently cited by the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for exposing employees to falls, among other safety and health hazards. The company faces more than $200K in penalties if they do not—within 15 days from receipt of the citations—comply, contest, or request an informal conference with OSHA's area director.
