UltraLayer Underlayment

This VOC-free, odorless, and hypoallergenic underlayment from MP Global Products is best suited for exceptional acoustic and insulating performance under ceramic and porcelain tile and most natural stone. Randomly air-laid fillaments create a capillary effect to cushion the floor, dampening ambient sound in the room and minimizing the amount of impact and airborne sound that travels to the room below. The LEED-compliant underlayer adds an R-value of 0.42 to the floor assembly. Installed as a rollout, UltraLayer comes in 100-square-foot rolls.
