The cooking surface—big enough for a 21-by-13-inch pan—can identify pot shape and size for precise heating anywhere through a series of 48 3-inch heating elements. PowerBoost heating—controlled on the 6.5-inch full-color touchscreen display—brings water to a boil faster. Spills and boil-overs can be wiped away without leaving scorch marks.
