I’m very proud of my volunteer work in the local community, most notably sitting on the board of directors of the Asian Business Collaborative, Young Professionals of Albuquerque, Anderson School of Management Alumni Council, and co-authoring a book with my alma mater, The University of New Mexico.
Best innovation: I overhauled our recruitment program by applying marketing schematic processes. We now have an impressive cost-per-hire. I built the program from the ground up within our CRM to have more visibility into KPIs like spend, interviews, and more. Another innovation was formulating the Review Rewards Program to accelerate reviews since we had about 200 when I started as a intern. We hit 10,000 reviews recently and gain 200 positive ones a month.
