Working With Trades: One of our biggest challenges has been to train employees and trade partners on the standards. We developed a “Healthy Building Specification Form” and have one for all the necessary trades. They set the stage for our expectations, which is especially helpful when we hire new trade partners or they themselves are hiring new employees. It also ensures the estimates we receive meet our building expectations, keeping the project within budget.
