Balancing budget: Clients have endless ability to look for what they like. We find out what exactly it is in that picture or space that they want, and then we’re as creative as possible to achieve that within budget. For instance, sometimes we use high-end porcelain to achieve the look of the most expensive natural stone. Also, people are staying in their homes a lot longer today. So we’re doing designs for clients at their current stage of life but with the intent of staying put for a very long time, even when they’re not as mobile.
