Where We’re Innovating: About two years ago, I started a separate company called the Blueprint Group. We offer a service that combines real estate with financing and renovation. Typically, a realtor wants people to buy the most expensive home for which they can qualify. We’re just the opposite. We help people buy a cheaper home and fix it up in a way that’s customized for them, using a renovation loan. A lot of buyers don’t realize these products exist. We partner with mortgage officers who work with renovations, with the goal of helping our clients build equity and restore properties into beautifully renovated homes.
