Sad as this topic is, I’m proud of how I handled my brother’s passing after an accident in 2019. I took the lead so that my mother could be with him full-time in the ICU. I notified everyone my brother knew. This taught me how to remain organized and strategic even during a tragic time.
Professional accomplishment: When I joined NEWPRO in 2017 as a graphic designer, I focused on strengthening the brand and building a library of creative assets, processes, and identifying areas of opportunity with the VP of marketing. I’m extremely curious and always finding a better, more concise way to design and position NEWPRO as we grow each year. The move from graphic design to director of marketing took just five years, which excites and humbles me.
