New Initiative: I’ve hired staff who are responsible for vetting every single new hire or subcontractor. We look in-depth into their financial experience and talk to customers from five or 10 years ago. We review all that before we allow anyone to work on any of our job sites. It’s difficult to do this because of the labor shortage, but we need this vetting. We’re doing background checks checks going back 15-20 years.
