Biggest Challenge: One of the challenges I face in my particular role is making sure our trade partners and clients read and follow up with sometimes long-—but necessary—detailed email conversations. I’m still trying to figure out the best way to manage it. People are busier than ever, and it’s hard to get frequent in-person meetings. Clients and employees prefer text messaging, which can be hard when you need to relay a full conversation or intricate details.
