AZEK

AZEK Siding, which is made from a state-of-the-art proprietary engineered polymer, offers popular styles along with the performance and low-maintenance benefits of rot-proof PVC building materials. DaVinci Roofscapes’ Bellaforté Shake now comes in the three colors from the company’s Nature Crafted Collection: Black Oak (shown), Aged Cedar, and Mossy Cedar, in addition to five other colors, three being offered with DaVinci's Cool Roof technology. Cool Roof colors are premium blends designed to reflect sunlight and heat away, meeting the Title 24 requirements for California residents. These composite shake tiles are made to resist hail, impact, fire, and decay, as well as splitting, cracking, fading, and curling, according to the company. They’re also made to resist mold, fungus, algae, and insects. The high-quality, reasonably priced shake shingles come with a lifetime limited materials warranty.

LP

LP’s SmartSide Panel Siding is an engineered wood product offered in four different profiles: cedar texture panel, smooth finish panel, cedar texture vertical, and smooth finish vertical. LP says the product offers greater impact resistance than vinyl and fiber cement in addition to resistance to fungal decay and termites. In addition, the panels come in 16-foot lengths, showing fewer seams, which results in a clean look. Select SmartSide products come in 16 prefinished colors. The products come with a transferable limited warranty of up to five years for labor and material replacement and a 50-year prorated limited warranty. 

Environmental StoneWorks

Grezzo stone veneer siding from Environmental StoneWorks combines a manufactured stone performance with a natural stone look. It balances a modern aesthetic with a feeling of texture and depth, making it a perfect fit for this project. The mortared-in-place veneer looks like real stone but is actually made from concrete, so it costs less. Stones are available in a variety of sizes that can be mixed and matched to create custom patterns.
