1) Therma-Tru Mahogany Collection 3-Panel Style Door

These Energy Star-qualified fiberglass doors are available as a solid, opaque unit or with ¾-rectangle or ¾-oval lites. The wide variety of glass styles includes 17 decorative options, four privacy options, low-E, and clear glass. Designed for a main entryway, the Mahogany Collection can be paired with the Oak Collection or Smooth-Star options in secondary areas. All doors are resistant to rot, warping, and fading; solid doors are also available in fire- and impact-rated versions.

 

 

 

 

2) Johnson Hardware Door Frames

Johnson Hardware now supports interior doors weighing up to 400 pounds, allowing for unique pocket, wall-mount, bypass, and multi-pass door installations. These various possibilities with non-swing door configurations are being used to create standout entrances and save space. The system includes an I-beam track of commercial-grade heavy-duty aluminum and heavy-duty four-wheel ball-bearing hangers that glide along the track to provide seamless, smooth operation.

 

 

 

3) ProVia Heritage Smooth

Fiberglass Doors These new doors from ProVia provide the strength of fiberglass and the classic look of woodgrain texture at a cost-effective price. Heritage fiberglass doors feature high-definition embossing and a hardwood edge to prevent warping. They are available in two patterns, Oak Grain and Hemlock Grain, which display the look of real wood without aging and rotting. Finishes include Natural Oak, Light Oak, Oak, Dark Oak, Walnut, Cherry, and Dark Mahogany.

 

4) Schlage Touchscreen Deadbolt

The Schlage Touchscreen Deadbolt comes with a host of features for enhanced security control, including an auto-lock function, remote control (via the company?s Nexia Home Intelligence system), and Schlage?s built-in alarm lock technology, which senses a range of activity and alerts homeowners with an automated sound. The alarm lock function manages three movement levels: activity alert, when someone leaves or enters the house; tamper alert, when the lock is being disturbed; and forced entry alert, when significant pressure is placed on the lock.

 

 

 

5) Quanex Top-Hung Extruded

Patio Screen Door The Top-Hung Extruded Patio Screen Door features an adjustable roller bar that attaches to the top of the screen frame and self-adjusting bottom rollers. This new product from Benjamin Obdyke can be installed in cold weather?down to zero degrees Fahrenheit?and applied wet. HydroFlash self-seals around nails, and no primer is needed. The flashing is UV stable for six months and exhibits less than 7 percent degradation over 10 years. Available in 4, 6, and 9 inches with a 7 mm thickness, HydroFlash is compatible with a wide range of building materials and building wraps.

 

 

 

8) Pella Designer Series Wood Patio Door

This patio door is the only Pella wood line to offer optional triple-pane glass for superior energy efficiency. Available in pine and in 12 prefinished interior wood finishes, the Pella Designer Series wood patio door offers decorative style choices, including between-the-glass blinds, shades, and decorative panels. The visible exterior frame width on this line from Zola Windows can be reduced to zero degrees at the head and jamb by wrapping the facade over the outer frame, maximizing view space. Standard German concealed hinges extend viewing space from the interior; marine-grade stainless steel hardware is also available for coastal settings. Windows are available in sizes up to 11-feet high and 38-feet long, with glass rated up to R-11 for heat transfer, and 74-percent visual light transmittance. Self-retracting sliding insect screens are also available.

10) Jeld-Wen Custom Wood Double-Hung Windows

Jeld-Wen?s Custom Wood Double-Hung Window line offers several enhancements for convenience, safety, and design purposes. A 3 ½-inch bottom rail provides substance and highlights the wood species. Concealed jambliner and tilt latches are available to streamline the look of the windows. A window opening control device enhancement is designed to meet the latest safety codes and limits the bottom sash opening to 4 inches.

 

 

 

 

11) Prototype Door Program

Keystone Wood Specialties? Prototype Door Program lets customers see a sample of the door they ordered before installation to ensure it meets their demands. Customers can request up to two 12-inch by 15-inch Prototype sample doors per order. Two days? lead time is required for unfinished doors; four days for natural or stain finished doors; and five days for solid color finished (painted) doors. One day each of lead time is added for applied moulding and full- or accent-glazed doors. Two days are added for doors with applied moulding and glazing.
