Summer is upon us. (Don’t believe me? Stand outside for a few minutes and then check your armpits ... they’re sweating). But what does that mean for remodelers, other than more grueling jobsites? Well, according to Delta Faucet, who did a survey of homeowners, it means more work. At least for 46 percent of homeowners who will be using the season as an excuse to remodel their kitchens (while 25 percent plan to remodel their master bath, and another 25 percent plan to upgrade their outdoor living space). Among those surveyed, only 25 percent said they’re planning to spend in or over the $20,000 range, which translates to probably more little jobs than big ones.
