Tandostone and Beach House Shake look so much like natural products that they have initially fooled customers into thinking we were using authentic stone and natural cedar. We pair TandoStone and Beach House Shake to create a look that differentiates us from our competition.

TandoStone is a composite stone, and the Beach House Shake is a polymer shake. Both of these are a great alternative in a climate like New England. We typically run six crews from Rhode Island up to Southern Maine. TandoStone products resist moisture, insects, decay, and rot, while standing up to salt spray, storms, humidity, snow, and sun. Meanwhile, Beach House Shake is approved by Florida’s Miami-Dade County for High-Velocity Hurricane Zones.

Because of the lightweight design, you don’t have long lead times, nor do you need a skilled mason for installation.

A major installation advantage is that both come in lightweight panels, whereas traditional counterparts are installed in smaller individual units. Despite the easy install, TandoStone has a realistic gritty texture just like stone.

We use TandoStone to cover the foundation wall and as accents. Because of the lightweight design, you don’t have long lead times, nor do you need a skilled mason for installation. One contractor can install it with regular tools, like a hammer or nail gun, which means contactors can continue working while social distancing.

We have started using all four colors of Beach House Shake, especially Atlantica, which is a coastal, silver-gray shade, as gable accents. For TandoStone, I like the light blue Glacier Bay color. TandoStonebp.com and BeachHouseShake.com
