Making a Mark
This marks Ohio-based Leaf Home’s seventh acquisition in the last 18 months. In 2020, the company earned $1.1 billion in revenue, and has more than 150 locations across North America. Leaf Home owns and operates other home improvement brands, such as LeafFilter Gutter Protection, Leaf Home Safety Solutions, Leaf Home Water Solutions, and Leaf Home Enhancements.
This acquisition of Chicago-based WindowWorks and Comfort Shower and Bath is under the Leaf Home Enhancements brand. WindowWorks offers exterior home remodeling service and opened 30 years ago, while Comfort Shower and Bath has provided bath installations, shower replacements, and bath conversions for 20 years. There are 136 employees across both brands and Leaf Home says the companies will continue to grow with the support of a national parent company.
“Leaf Home understands the importance of the business we’ve built and relationships we’ve formed over our years of service,” said Ron Varek, owner of WindowWorks and Comfort Shower and Bath, in the official news release. “I’m excited to join forces with LeafHome, which will allow us to share best practices, increase our breadth of offerings, serve more customers, and provide additional opportunities for our employees.”
