The National Association of the Remodeling Industry is rebranding its Contractor of the Year Awards as NARI Remodeler of the Year. The move is part of an effort to better reflect the professionals served by the organization.
“With its new name, the awards shine a light on the evolving industry, which includes multiple professionals who bring remodeling projects to life,” says Jason Hensler, NARI national president.
The NARI Remodeler of the Year program will continue the organization’s mission to honor the exceptional work of residential remodelers in 44 categories, ranging from residential kitchens and baths to exteriors to landscaping design. Entries are first judged by region, and those winners advance to the national competition. One national winner is selected from the regional winners in each category.
Many NARI chapters will host local recognition programs; participants may enter the national awards even if they did not at the chapter level.
NARI will open its 2025 NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards program in mid-October.
