Power Home Remodeling and Re-Bath, two big players in the home improvement space, announce new locations. One in the South and the other out West.
Power Move in Florida
Power expanded its reach in Florida, opening an Orlando office in August. This marks the home improvement company’s third location in the Sunshine State—the others are in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa—and its 22nd location overall. Power said it plans to open two new offices in major U.S. cities each year.
The Orlando office will serve homeowners from Ocala down to Vero Beach. Power says its window, door, gutter, and roofing products all meet Florida’s product specifications so it can service both impact and non-impact areas.
Re-Bath Expands in the Desert
On the other side of the country, Re-Bath announced on Sept. 10 that it signed an agreement to open a franchise in Palm Springs, Calif. The home improvement company, which specializes in complete bathroom remodeling, said the Palm Springs market is a prime area for growth.
The agreement was signed with Nico Zavala, who currently has a Re-Bath franchise in Temecula, Calif. While this is Zavala’s second franchise, Re-Bath has more than 100 franchises in the U.S.
