Markets Served by Thompson Creek Home: N.J., Pennsylvania, Mid-Atlantic, N.C.

Market Conditions: We are projecting 15% growth for 2025. With the election behind us, consumer confidence is rebounding. Many homeowners who secured low mortgage rates in previous years are now ready to reinvest in their homes, driving new demand in our markets.

Growth Strategy: Throughout 2024, our focus was on enhancing operational efficiencies rather than aggressive expansion. We made structural improvements and welcomed strong leadership across key roles. Now, with the right team fully in place, 2025 will be the year we accelerate growth.

To achieve this, we’re significantly increasing our marketing investments and looking to expand into new locations. At the start of 2024, we moved away from lead aggregators and shifted our focus toward building a stronger, more authentic brand presence. This included strategic partnerships with local businesses and universities to deepen our community connections.

We’re also making substantial investments in AI technology to drive growth and customer experience. Our newly assembled, highly skilled technical team is developing a proprietary AI system, starting with our call center. Once complete, we’ll expand this AI-driven approach to the sales process and continue enhancing every stage of the customer journey.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re prioritizing the customer experience as a key differentiator. We believe that companies offering the most personalized, exceptional service will lead the industry. Our strategy involves hyper-localized marketing campaigns and personalized messaging, guiding homeowners seamlessly through their remodeling journey.
