Growth: 2024 was an incredibly robust year for us. We achieved 27% sales growth—quite a bit above our predictions and budget. I believe part of it is our Chicago market and intentionally hiring and training designer salespeople passionate about design and helping customers. People don’t appear to be moving, especially in the Chicago market, but rather sticking to legacy interest rates and remodeling. We expect the same conditions in 2025 and predict flat growth, maintaining $35 million in sales revenue.
Inflation: Since 2021, we’ve tracked a list of commodities prices quarterly and produced a trend analysis so we can notice inflation trends and adjust quickly. It’s a blended rate of about 4% increases. We’re keeping our ear to the ground.
Customer Experience: Our theme for 2025 is elevating the customer experience. If we focus on their experience, that flows to fewer mistakes on jobs, less stress for our production team, and eventually more net profit. It’s about adding efficiency without changing pricing. Our new corporate office and design studio will be completed in early 2025, which will be phenomenal.
