DoorDash Now Delivers from The Home Depot

New partnership allows pros to get drill bits and lunch bites delivered to the jobsite.

How many times have you been on a jobsite and realized you don’t have the right screws or you’re missing a bracket or you need a few more cans of primer?  Now, instead of having to send a crew member on an errand or running to the store yourself, you can have DoorDash delivery the necessary materials from The Home Depot.

The Home Depot announced a new partnership with DoorDash in which building supplies and materials are available on-demand from more than 2,000 stores nationwide—often within an hour of ordering.

“Combining DoorDash's fast and convenient platform with The Home Depot's existing same-day and next-day delivery options, homedepot.com offers our customers even more flexibility and convenience to shop in the way that best suits their needs,” said Jordan Broggi, executive vice president of customer experience and president of online at The Home Depot.

And DoorDash noted the partnership gives DIY and Pro customers immediate access to the home improvement materials they need while helping to save time and reducing work-site stress. And having access to DoorDash’s full selection of restaurants lets them order lunch at the same time without having to leave the job site.
