Lowe's Relaunches Pro Rewards Program
Lowe's is revamping its MVPs Pro Rewards & Partnership Program, giving it a new name—MyLowe’s Pro Rewards—and specifically gearing it toward small-to-mid-size contractors, making it easier for them to earn rewards.
The retail giant modeled the new program after the one they offer consumers, but with additional benefits and features for pros. The program has three tiers (Gold Pro, Platinum Pro, Titanium Pro) with new benefits unlocked at each status level. New members start at Gold Pro and increase in status as they shop.
The new MyLowe's Pro Rewards benefits include:
- Earning points on eligible purchases per $1 spent, redeemable for MyLowe's Money or for rewards like gift cards, experiences, and products.
- Receiving 20% paint discount after paint annual qualifying spend reaches $3,000.
- Enjoying free standard shipping in most states.
- Receiving volume discount on eligible quotes above $1,500.
- Assessing pro business solutions like purchase authorization and online order quoting.
“We're building a loyalty ecosystem that's designed with our customers at the center – we want all of our members, no matter DIY or Pro, to know that when they choose Lowe's first, they get more," Jen Wilson, Lowe's senior vice president, chief marketing officer, stated in a news release.
Lowe's operates more than 1,700 home improvement stores nationwide.
