The new adjustable Smart-Bit Deck Screw Depth Setter developed by Starborn Industries works well with most fastening products and can be used to ensure screws are set to the desired depth below the work surface in decking, drywall, and general building applications. It features an Auto-Stop mechanism that automatically disengages the driver bit and stops the screw from driving farther once the desired depth is reached. A free-spinning stop collar and rubber O-ring protect the work surface.
