Universal-joint railing connectors allow installation without on-site cutting or welding, just hand tools.

The tool can be used in combination with a miter saw for the most accurate joining angles.

Tool introductions include the Reciprocating Tiger Saw, 6½-inch Circular Saw, Oscillating Tool, Cut-off Tool/Grinder, Jigsaw, and Pivoting Flashlight.

All styles are powered by a DeWalt 20V MAX or 12V MAX lithium ion battery.

The pliers themselves are 9 inches long, with a 2-inch handle span.

At 1¼ inches wide, the blade can speed through longer cuts; the tapered end helps control vibration for greater accuracy in cutting.

A 10-to-1 lever ratio makes it ideal for gripping, holding, pressing, and bending; the smooth jaws won’t mar work pieces either, including chrome-plated fittings and soft metals.

 It can survive a fall from a tripod at standard working heights, and it’s also dust tight and water resistant, with an IP 66 rating.

Greenlee offers three different configurations: Long, Standard, and Metric.

Edgetite spikes are resistant to frost as well, providing added strength and durability.
