When I joined Pathway, there was no easy way to cross-reference job cost information. All the information was in QuickBooks, accessing was just a repetitive, inefficient process. Now, we have a much faster estimating process, and that helps guide clients along faster.

Best innovation: I knew a job cost database would be useful for me, but sales and production would also benefit from looking back at that information. I created a job cost database from a blank Excel sheet where we can easily access, add new ones when needed, and then use Excel’s tools to analyze that data.
