With the The Farnsworth Group (TFG) and Home Improvement Research Institute's COVID-19 tracker having come to an end as well as the country's economy slowly reopening, TFG put together a webinar to issue some final thoughts on the data.
Grant Farnsworth, managing partner of TFG, was joined by Mischa Fisher, chief economist for HomeAdvisor, and The Home Depot's Senior Director of Customer Experience Brendan Baby, who together discussed not only the tracker's final data but also how the findings can help shape remodelers' business decision moving forward. The disucssion points include possible brand and product shifts, impacts on budget, impacts on the types of projects remodelers take on, and more.
