Eastman?s Perennial Wood porch flooring is real wood tongue-and-groove porch flooring. The wood is modified to resist change from moisture and is made to last longer than regular wood. Uncoated profiles come in two different widths and in 8- and 10-foot lengths.

The Twilight Modern is a new indoor/outdoor gas fireplace from Hearth & Home Technologies. The two-sided fireplace combines contemporary design with outdoor living. The design offers homebuyers two fireplaces with one standard installation. The fireplace uses Direct Vent technology and delivers 38,000 BTUs, with no additional flue or venting required.

Fiberon Classic Decking and matching fascia have a natural, wood grain pattern and are available in two colors, Timber and Granite. Fiberon Deck Lighting features a remote control dimmer and utilizes environmentally friendly LED technology. New Fiberail in classic white offers a sculpted top rail profile for dressing up decking, porches, balconies, and stairs. Trex has expanded the offerings in its line of pergola kits, adding nine new colors and an assortment of fiberglass columns to reflect a range of architectural styles.  The new colors complement various Trex decking and railing options, including White, Charcoal Black, and Fire Pit, among others. Columns are available in round tapered, square, and square with decorative base designs in two different heights. The pergolas are constructed of an aluminum core wrapped in genuine TrexTrim for superior strength and long-lasting durability.

5) MoistureShield Vantage Collection

MoistureShield has added Bridle to the stable of varieties for its Vantage Collection of reversible composite deck boards, bringing the total to eight. All four board types?Vantage boards, 2 x 4s, 2 x 6s, and trim boards?feature natural wood-grain texture on both sides, allowing easy installation and use of either side. Planks are also available with or without grooves for integration with hidden fastening systems. MoistureShield deck boards are warrantied against rot, decay, and termite damage.

This ?composite? deck board contains no PVC or wood, but is instead composed of recycled carpet fibers and VOC-free bonding resins and treated for UV protection. All boards are also impervious to moisture, rotting, termites, mold, and mildew. Sizes range up to 24 ft in length; available colors include Saddle Rose, Harbor Gray, Newport White, Desert Spice, and Mountain Mocha. Matching fascia boards are also available.

Deceuninck Clubhouse Decking is 100 percent PVC and contains no wood or wood fillers. It is formulated to be up to 25 percent lighter than most wood and composites, and its denser cell structure provides better strength and solid underfoot feel with Deceuninck?s Korelite technology. Korelite also helps to keep moisture out and reduces the opportunity for degradation from mold, mildew, freezing, and thawing.
