Where We’re Innovating: Communication with our customers has always been important, but we found that our customers’ busy schedules could sometimes make it difficult to stay connected with their project superintendent as the job progressed. We’ve implemented a nightly email from superintendent to homeowner to catch clients up on the day’s progress and highlight what’s planned for tomorrow. These have been a huge hit with our clients; the regular communication has decreased their anxiety over the construction process and has led them to feel more satisfied with their renovation.
