TamlynWrap Drainable Housewrap

According to the manufacturer, TamlynWrap’s unique design removes at least 100 times more bulk (liquid) water from a wall than flat housewrap by means of its patented gap design—1.5 mm spacers thermally bonded to the housewrap provide a drainage space between the sheathing and cladding. The housewrap functions as one part of the Tamlyn Water Management System, which includes: XtremeFlashing tape, XtremeSeam overlap seam tape, and XtremeSealant caulk. To get the 15-year limited materials and labor warranty, Tamlyn requires the use of its complete system of products.
