Terminator 2000 speeds the removal of carpet, vinyl asbestos tile, vinyl-composition tile, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, elastomeric coatings, flat roofs, hardwood parquet and hardwood planking. Its water-cooled, propane-burning engine is quieter and cleaner than typical air-cooled engines. The blade slides under the mastic, lifting the flooring from the substrate.
